In collaboration with Google, our SCADpro team explores how Gen Z navigates the transition from school to the workforce, focusing on their evolving relationship with productivity tools and AI. 

This study uncovers key insights into tool usage across industries, the challenges faced, and the demands of the new generation. By understanding these dynamics, Google can better adapt its products to meet the unique needs of Gen Z as they move forward in an increasingly digital world.





Discover

This project aims to explore the productivity demands of young professionals transitioning from school to the workforce. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, and surveys, we will capture the true daily routines of these individuals, focusing on their use of tools for both work and personal productivity.
